Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Performance - EBS (MOSC)

Receivable and Payable take too long time to start after upgrade to 11.2.0.4

Dear Expert,

Recently I have upgraded my EBS Vision DB from 11.1.0.7 to 11.2.0.4, upgrade completed successfully.

Receivable and Payable(those responsibilities which I used), take too long time to run and by the end, I couldn't lunch any one of them..

Any suggestions to maintain performance.
