Hi All, i have a query on Autopack error

The user is facing one error which occurred while Autopacking delivery into container

The message Details contain following points,
1. WSH_DELIVERY_DETAILS_PKG. CREATE_DELIVERY_DETAILS_BULK, Oracle Error --1
ORA-00001: unique constraint violated

2.Unexpected Error: One or more containers could not be created due to errors

3.Unexpected Error: Error in Routine WSH_CONTAINER_ACTIONS.Auto_Pack_Lines,
Oracle Error-100
ORA-01403: no data found

4. Unexpected Error: One or more lines are not auto-packed because they may already be packed

Actions taken:

1. We asked user if he was trying to autopack an already packed delivery - did not solve

2. We suspected one possible cause as insufficient on hand qty but that was not the case
