Charges Error while calling item from formula defined price list

Hi,

While I'm calling item in service request charges line, below error appearing. But this error is not coming when I call same item directly from Order management (Sales Order form).

FER: Formula:there are undefined step numbers in the formula.

Please help me to resolve the issue.
