Is there API to upload mapping account rules for a new consolidation ?

We are building a new consolidation between 2 ledgers with 2 completely different COA values.

It is not a 1:1 mapping , so we can not use SEGMENT rules, it is more practical to use "ACCOUNT RULES"

Since we have a large number , I want to check with if Oracle provides an API or an interface table that allow to upload consolidation mapping "ACCOUNT RULES" ,  or upload "SEGMENT RULES"
