SLA: Gain/Loss Journal Line Type

Hi,

We are developing an integration between a legacy system and the FAH (SLA).

There are some transactions that have zero entered amounts but non-zero accounted amounts. They are classified as either Gain or Loss.

We defined custom JLTs for Debit, Credit and Gain/Loss.

However, I am not sure how the line will be recognized as gain or loss after the transactions are accounted.

Shall we publish the amounts as positive and negative, for example?

I searched about this particular subject but did not find anything useful.
