The batch complete less than sum of batch issue and step issue in same period

My issue：

1. lot cost details is not right ;

2. the sub accouting of journal is not right

why I think so:　I　will explain to you

(I run all cost process :  gmf period close\GMF Recreate Batch / Period Layers\ actual cost \actual cost update\lot cost process\OPP\Create acounting)

sample batch in Org_code:Z06  \ batch no:134

1. first: I run opm cost programs (include actual cost process\lot cost process\OPP\Creacte accounting and...)

2. then:I  check it's journal entry lines about the batch   inclued three account event type:

Batch Completion 、Step Completion、Batch Release

3. I Find the Journal lines below
