How can hand over an item to customer with out using Order Management.

Hi every one,

As Per Business Requirement, first create a service warranty contract and hand over an item to customer with a warranty card.we do not ship an item to the customer destination through shipment.

How can directly hand over an item to customer with warranty card without using Order management shipment option.how to map in application.
