Multiple Compensation Life Event
Does the system allows an employee to have multiple compensation life event in a plan year(Jan to Dec) in the same Plan? Plan is salary increase with three components: Merit, Promotion, and Structural Adjustment. For plan cycle Jan 1 to 15 : employee will be given a merit increase only, so the two other components are blank in worksheet. Run post process to update employee salary. Come 16-March-2016, employee is promoted. Employee will be given a promotion increase effective 16-March-2016 in the same plan. This time its merit and structural adjustment are null.
