Fixed Assets ADI account query

Hi Colleagues,

Our 5 segment COA structure is: Bal Seg.CC.Acct.Sub1.Sub2.

I was trying to create assets with a different Sub2 through WebADI. I chose for them to have a different Sub2 for when the depreciation hits the P&L however I didn’t have to enter anything in regards to the balance sheet code and was hoping that it would post it to the default 0’s Sub2 although this wasn’t the case. It took the Sub2 that I entered for the P&L code (see below).

SLA shows: -

08.0000.1221.00000.MTRVH000 balance sheet account. (Asset)

08.5400.6405.00000.MTRVH000 P&L account. (Expense)
