Hi,

Scenario A-

          If a user wants to upload a STATs budget journal APR15 to MArch 16, for Head counts against five code combis i.e. Head count 1,2,1,3,5

          Can user- upload budget journal for one year  and placing above figures against only one period say April and system will roll them to next period whenever it is open?

               OR do user need to upload BUd journal and place all the headcount figures in each single period against relevant code combis?

                    What if April is closed and current open period is may15 and future enterable period is June-15?

Any advise is highly appreciated.
