Should F43121Z1 interop be created for P43214 reversals that calls P4312 version with interop activa

The P4312 interop processing option can create F43121Z1 for each receipt.  But what about reversals from P43214?  I set the processing options for P43214 to call P4312 with interop on but do not see any new/updated records in F43121Z1.  Any suggestions
