R096710: SU Impact Analysis - DD SAR Actions - what do they mean?

Hello,

When we applied ESU JL23227 (and other ESUs), the SU Impact Analysis Report (R96710) shows all of the Control Files DD as either a "No Action" or "Will be applied" SAR Action Description; we also have Control Fiels SE_REL and SE_TASK with "No Action" and UDCs with "No Action" and "Will be applied".

1) What do those two status' mean? are they OK or should it be something else? do I  or  does CNC have to do anything for the "will be applied"?

2) what is SE_REL and SE_TASK?
