Getting an error while Auto packing Delivery into container.

Hello All,


User is getting an error while Auto packing delivery into container.


Error message:

 

The error message details contain following points,

 

1. WSH_DELIVERY_DETAILS_PKG. CREATE_DELIVERY_DETAILS_BULK, Oracle Error --1

 

ORA-00001: unique constraint violated

 

2.Unexpected Error: One or more containers could not be created due to errors

 

3.Unexpected Error: Error in Routine WSH_CONTAINER_ACTIONS.Auto_Pack_Lines,

 

Oracle Error-100

 

ORA-01403: no data found

 

4. Unexpected Error: One or more lines are not auto-packed because they may already be packed.


We tried to replicate the issue in test instance, when we tried to Auto pack the Delivery for 1st attempt we got similar error as above. But when we tried to Auto pack for 2nd attempt then the line got split in to 2 lines with half qty. each.
