Oracle business intelligence publisher version 11.1.1.7.0 running on Weblogic 10.3.5

Hello :

I  installed  BI-PUBLISHER   and  configure  BI_PUBLISHER  11,1.1.7.0  Windows  2008 R2  64  bits,  since the  way  I  Installed   it  was install and  configure   the installer   installed  Weblogic  10.3.5  and  JDK     6   instead of  weblogic  10.3.6 AND  jdk 7which are the latest   releases  on  Middleware  11g,

Could  you  let me know  whether  i can  upgrade  bi-publisher  domain  to  Weblogic  10.3.6   and  JDK  7.......and  what  is the procedure...
