R31410 commit only from select location

Hi All,

We have a scenario where we want the R31410 to commit only from a specific location or locations. For eg: Scenario as below.

Scenario :  Item X, Branch plant : 30, UOM is EA, Item is non lot controlled, Committment method @ item branch record is 2 (Lowest Lot #), Committment Date Method is 1 - Lot Expiration Date

Availability for Item X at branch plant 30 is as below.

Location -  1 : 300 EA,

Location - 2 : 300 EA

Location - 3: 300 EA

When Item X is committed against a work order, we want the R31410 to commit only against location 1 and not location 2 or location 3. Location 2 and Location 3 will not be on hold as well. If there is nothing available in Location 1 then no location should be committed against the work order. Currently the system vanilla goes and commits location 2 or 3 as well as design. We don't want to put location 2 and location 3 on hold status. Please let me know if anyone has any vanilla way of accomplishing this one. We are on 812.
