Alerts/algorithms to prevent fraud in Oracle Payables ?

Hello,

We are on Oracle R12.1.3

We are using oracle Vanilla without any customization.

what are the possible things we can do, so that the management is alerted when something fishy happens in Payables module.

We want to set up some algorithms such we will be informed if any abnormal event happens.

I am looking for a list of these abnormal events and the logic behind them.
