Need setups for Oracle Assets Localizations

Need setups for Oracle Assets Localizations. Our business, upgraded from R11 to R12 recently.

We Localizations enabled. Need setups that need to be done to make localizations work for below countries.

1.Italy

2.France

3.Argentina

4.Korea

5.Chile

6.Japan

7.New Zealand

8.Spain

9.UK

The Userguide guide of Country speficifc localizations  and country specific indtallations are not much helpful.

Any Doc id like an example for India localization below for each of the country mentioned above  will be helpful.

  1.The Block of Assets
Quick codes functionality has been moved to the Asia/Pacific Lookups form
wherein the user is required to add the Lookup type values for Block Of Assets.
