How get a trusted certifcation for JACOB.JAR in a Webutil configuration

Hello,

Recently I configured the Webutil tool in my Oracle Forms 11g. (11.1.2.2.0)

My application has been migrated from Oracle Forms 6i and some functionalities required of this Webutil configuration.

Now, when doing testing of the application, suddenly some screens got a blocked or inactive appearance.

In some cases a Security Warning appears. If I accept the risk and do click over RUN button, this issue disappears.
I suppose that this issue could be resolved if the JACOB.JAR file were signed per a trusted certificator.

Could you help in order to know (and to do) the steps I must follow to get this trusted certification of this file?
