Reapproval rule changes in PO through AME

Currently PO Reapproval Rules  can be controlled by Setting the Tolerance Limits in Navigate to Setup > Tolerances and Routings > Change Order in R12. If the Attributes whihc are not there in this form, Workflow has to be changed  in Workflow builder to map this ( refer 1114515.1). Is there anyway the reapproval rules can be set up in AME and allow the automatic approval if some of the attributes  changes are done. For Example

1. If Attribute A is changed then it has to undergo Autoapproval.

2. If Attribute B is changed , then It should restart the Approval Process.

3. If Attribute C is changed, Then  it   start teh approval from Level 3 and not from Level1.
