Isupplier Customization

Hi,

My client is on Oracle 11.5.10.2 version and they are using isupplier portal. They have requested a customization such that the supplier will be able to change Multiple PO's (Which is standard in R12).

The requirement is only to build a custom page where the supplier can view all the open PO's and able to change them at once and submit them once. Requesting to let know what all creteria's to be considered while building the customization.
