Job Error In WSJ, but not on AS400

We have a set of 4 versions of a report that run many times every day (every 10-15 minutes). They normally complete successfully, but sporadically, they show as failed in WSJ, but when we check the AS400, they show as completed successfully. So far, if one version fails, they all do. Incidentally, they have only failed on Saturdays around between 4:30 and 4:40 a.m. submission times. We thought, at first, that it was an issue where a backup may have been running. This week, that theory was disproved.

When this happens,  no JDE logs are available. We are trying to determine what causes this type of condition.
