How do I add my vote to push forward bug BUG:21137093 - R89078344 - TEXAS SUI MAGNETIC MEDIA TO INCL

Please remind me how to vote for, add my two cents in, to get this bug added sooner rather than later?

Bug 21137093 for R89078344 - TEXAS SUI MAGNETIC MEDIA TO INCLUDE A FIELD FOR OUT-OF-STATE WAGES that is slated to be in a future release.

In addition to that bug, the output F078344 for the electronic file for Texas (44) is incorrect.  The state of Texas wants only 6 columns and none of the header records A, B, E.

They want some of the data in the S record, but not all of it that is there and it is not in the correct order.
