Cost Distribution Lines are "Generated" and "Rejected." Any data fix?

Hello Team,

We are having a close issue where transactions pa_cost_distribution_lines_all are having transfer_status_code as X.  These are showing PA period as Jul-15 which is in never opened condition.

Please help us to close the period as soon as possible.  I have opened a Sev 1 (24*7) SR 3-10866033961.  Please let me know if you need additional information
