iSupport re-configuration after 11.5.10.2 to R12.2.4 upgrade (Apps DBA)

We have upgraded our EBS from 11.5.10.2 to R12.2.4

Present configuration

PROD nodes

1 DB

1 - CM + Web + Forms

2 - Web + forms

1 - iSupport Node  (DMZ)

Dev / QA

1 - DB

1 - Apps + Web + forms

1 - Internal iSupport Node

We are looking for steps to re-configure the iSupport internal nodes and external nodes. Looking for steps to re-configure the isupport node for R12.2.4 EBS environment ( As part of Apps DBA).
