Web Analysis Format Issues

Hi Gurus,

I am actually having some issues with the format of a report built in Web Analysis. First of all, when I want to export my report to an Excel sheet, all the codes used in the report (account, years, etc.) are exported in number format when they are supposed to be exported in text format.

The second one is that when I change the preferences in workspace (Preferences -> Web analysis) it doesn't matter if I uncheck the Grouped Thousands or change the number of decimals, the report just simply omitt my preferences and the format remains the same.
