T4-1 riser fault

Hi,

The amber LED is lit. I tried to clear the PCI fault in the ILOM but was unable to.

Fault remained in fmadm.

User reported that the FC card is unable to see any LUN.

i looked at the explorer and found that i am not able to see the status of the FC card.

All the luxadm commands output file end with .err.

I suspect the riser is causing the FC card to be disabled.

Please let me know what do you guys think? Is this a riser problem or a bug.

The system is running Solaris 11.1
