custom batch version can not run in web

Hi All,

I have a custom batch version that running well in local, but when I tried to run it via web, status in WSJ is Error.

I already re-deploy that batch but the result is the same.

I checked the Work Center and it only said "The following OneWorld job did not finish successfully" without giving any error message.

How can I fix this?

We are in 9.1

Tools release 9.1.3
