11.5.10.2 unable to view concurrent request out and log files from web tier that was moved to a new

We run our concurrent managers on the dbTier and have 3 web tier servers. Web tier 2 was moved to another solaris zone last night and we are now unable to view concurrent request out and log files from web tier 2, but can view log and out files from the other web servers. I have also updated the tcp.invited_nodes on all 4 web tiers and reloaded the listeners. What I missed was updating the IP address in the FND_NODES table.
