MTL Transaction Error: The onhand quantity is zero for the selection criteria entered

Dear All

I have an order in OE for which reservation has been made with lpn. While making a sub-inventory transfer I am facing error: "The onhand quantity is zero for the selection criteria entered" however on-hand quantity is available for that item. What may be the reason for this errro?
