Changing from Dependent BL to Independent BL in Client Billing (52)

Dear Oracle Community,

We are using Client Billing module (52) in JDE 8.11 SP1 version.

We have independent as well as dependent billing lines for all contracts in the module. Now we want to change dependent billing lines to independent billing lines. That is presently we are using Fee type for retention or withheld and TDS billing lines.

We had many events completed and billed for the contracts. Now we want to create historical events cross references for the fee type billing lines with the same amount billed previously using fee type and put billed flag (BILF) '1' using SQL after changing the code from Fee to Milestone type.
