Issue with newly created OM

Hi Gurus,

I am facing a issue with newly created OM using Win2K8 and Siebel 8.1.1.14.3. I have copied the existing OM (Marketing OM) and updated the params of it. When I copied the record, I got the Sales OM (not sure why!!).

1.I have updated params of SRF, application name, title, cfg, High Interactivity=True, EnableOpenUI=True.

2. Created the new Virtual directory in IIS 7.5

3. Added the entry for new OM in eapps.cfg

4. bounced the enterprise+IIS

When I access the new OM application, I can still see the Sales application and also it is neither in OpenUI nor in HI mode. Controls are all buttons, no step off functionality, etc.
