Oracle VM Installation - Could Not Allocate Requested Partitions: Not enough free space on disks

edited Jun 17, 2015 10:04AM in Oracle VM (OVM) (MOSC) 1 commentAnswered

I am currently trying to replace ESX with Oracle VM on a physical host, however I am receiving the message "Could Not Allocate Requested Partitions: Not enough free space on disks". The server uses local SD card storage which is only 2GB, but ESX is currently successfully installed on it. I can't find any information on the minimum Hard Disk requirements for Oracle VM, does anyone know the storage requirements?

This is NOT Oracle VM Manager, but Oracle VM 3.3.2 64bit which is a approx. 560MB ISO download. I've found specs for Manager, but not for the VM software itself.

Howdy, Stranger!
