Checking to see if HCM module has the functionality to capture Clock In/Out times and perform calcul

I have researched the HCM module and identified Data Items DTBT (Clock Start Date/Time) and TCDE (Clock End Date/Time) are present in the time entry tables F06116 & F06116Z1 and a few others. Is there currently functionality to utilize these fields and perform calculations?
