How to create form with valid combinations

Hello

The planning application is as follows :

Entity : 5 members A, B, C, D, E

Product : 10 members P1, P2, P3, P4, P5,P6, P7, P8, P9, P10

Entity A deals with product P1, P2, P3. Entity B with P4, Entity C with P2, P5, Entity D with P1, P6, P7, P8 and Entity E with P9, P10.

In this case, will I be able to create a single form showing valid combinations ?
