Creating fillable PDF's with BI Publisher?

Wondering if there is method to create fillable fields in the result PDF generated by BIP?

I understand that the point of BIP is to fill fields with data from the database, but in some cases I may want a user to be able to type into a text box on the final PDF and save that data.   Is it possible to create PDF form fields on the final PDF?
