Enable Project Cost Collect - Org Parameters

Hi,

We have regular inventory organizations defined in a given operating unit. Material transactions are already being created in these inventory orgs on daily basis. We want to be able to do misc. transactions (issues/receipts) and transfer their costs to projects without enabling project mfg. (PJM) in these inventory orgs. As per note (791229.1) we need to enable the 'Project Cost Collect Enabled' flag in the organization parameters and then define project enabled user transaction type and then use these trx. type for misc. transactions (issues/receipts). My query is, would enabling the 'Project Cost Collect Enabled' flag in the organization parameters have any major impact or cause us any trouble? Please advise.
