Help with the Siebel Remote Client

Hi all

We have a need to deploy the mobile/remote web client to one of regions and I need some help here.  My understanding is that now I should be able to install from the 8.1.1.11 media directly, instead of the old way of installing 8.1.1.0 then patching it to 8.1.1.11.  When I try that with the 8.1.1.11 media, it tells me that there is no base version to patch.  Can anybody tell me if there is special media that I need to download to get the entire install in one install?  I have installed the Oracle 11g client (runtime version) and
