Top AWR SQL shows huge elapsed time but execution count shows 0. Not currently executing as well.

Ran AWR and AWR SQL Report for the top SQL and both shows executions as 0.  The SQL is not currently running as well.   I picked different snapshot periods as well.  

Given huge elapsed, I assume the query started executing then shouldn't the execution counts increases.  

Any idea why execution shows 0?
