Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Unable to find a specific Ship To under the List Qualifiers

I am unable to find a specific Ship To address under the List Qualifiers for a modifier in 11i.

Any suggestions, please help.
