EBS - Missing Personalize icon for "Message Choice: Relationship" in Employee Self Service

We would like our Employee's to update certain  "Dependent and Beneficiary" information through Employee Personal Information self service in EBS R12.1.3. in the process we identified some fields that we didn't want the employees to change in "General information" section . To achieve this we are planning on personalizing items in the General Information Section  by setting read-only  option to True.  But there is a field called "Relationship " which is missing  Personalize icon(pencil)  to make it read-only. Is there any thing we need to do to make the pencil Icon appear for the  "Relationship"? please note that the "shown"
