Exchange repair type setup for Third Party

Hello,

I created a repair type  for a third party with repair type Ref as exchange for a requirement business is having. See that the logistics lines for the repair type is not created in Booked status even when the repair type setup has the logistic line automatic book order option  selected. It is creating in Entered status.When i try to manually book the logistic line by selecting both the lines it is booking the return line first, to book the ship line process has to be repeated.
