Cannot find cygwin1.5 download link

Currently I cannot download cygwin1.5 from website now. The official site only supports cygwin1.7.

I have tried cygwin1.7 with OEM11g but still get error message when deploy agent to remote target servers.

So Can anyone know how to fix this problem?

I am currently blocked by this SSH connection issue to monitor any remote servers in OEM11g.
