Cost Mgmt - SLA How to build a USER owned Application Accounting Definition?

Per DocID 740215.1, it implies that EVERY JLD and EVERY JLT must be USER owned for a USER owned AAD. Am I interpreting this correctly? Or can my USER owned AAD have a mixture of Oracle owned and USER owned JLD and JLT. It is very cumbersome and time consuming to copy every JLT and every JLD in one AAD to make it USER owned.

I have successfully created an entire USER owned AAD, but must re-create it at least twice more, in another test instance and in Production.  Please advise if everything in the Application Accounting Definition MUST be copied and owned by USER, or if it will work with a mixture of Oracle owned and USER owned JLD and JLT.
