Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Receivables - EBS (MOSC)

Hi! An employee is not appearing among the list of customers in AR. What do I need to do?

I am able to query other customers in the Customer Function - however I am not able to query one employee as a customer.

1. Customer type is internal.

2. when creating a transaction to bill-to - the name also dose not appear, but appears for other employees

Do I create a new customer account or is there another back-end setup I can see to verify.
