Stop every process accessing Oracle home in Windows 2008

Hello everyone,

i need to create an automatic process, a bat file maybe, that will stop every windows/Oracle process that has acess to Oracle Home directory in order to apply a PSU with OPatch.

Is there any tool or script that can do this?
