Is there any standard way of capturing Audit log for WR and WO status changes ?

We are looking for details like organization, workorder number, Old status, New status, Updated date and Updated by.

We've explored couple of options but both have challenges.

1. Use of Asset operational log and WR Audit trail

Setups/Steps:

EAM parameters has "Extended log" enabled for workrequests

Enabled the "Operational log enabled" checkbox in the asset

Observations:

a) The WR changes are captured (previous status change, priority changes, etc)

b) Query the asset and click "Operations log" - It does not show any entries ??

2. DBA/Sysmin enabling "Audit" at table level (WO and WR table, specific columns including Status)
