Cannot delete transaction open interface wip completion records

Hello All,

We have one scenario that one record is stuck in transaction open interface for wip completion with error "Error..in call back to WIP wip_mtlTempProc_grpnull"

The item is serial Number controlled. The wip job quantity for that serial number is completed and its already issue out of stores.

Now we want to delete the TOI records but getting below error:

So can anyone suggest how to delete this records?
