Lsnrctl start and Understand my error TNS-12555

Hello gurus,

     1 - I Installed Oracle database enterprise version12.1.0.2

            database started

            Lsnrctl start and i would like understand my error TNS-12555

TNSLSNR for Linux: Version 12.1.0.2.0 - Production

System parameter file is /applis/RMAN12/product/12.1.0/dbhome_1/network/admin/listener.ora

Log messages written to /applis/RMAN12/diag/tnslsnr/sbru29/rcat12/alert/log.xml

Listening on: (DESCRIPTION=(ADDRESS=(PROTOCOL=tcp)(HOST=sbru29.intranet.cnim.net)(PORT=1521)))

Error listening on: (DESCRIPTION=(ADDRESS=(PROTOCOL=IPC)(KEY=EXTPROC1521)))

TNS-12555: TNS:permission denied

TNS-12560: TNS:protocol adapter error

  TNS-00525: Insufficient privilege for operation

   Linux Error: 1: Operation not permitted

    2 - i would like use truss for linux for understand or who have a idea ?
