How to change the character set of the database from WE8ISO8859P1 to WE8MSWIN1252 in 12c

HI

We are  migrating the database from 10g(character set WE8ISO8859P1)  to 12c (WE8MSWIN1252) as some special characters in french are not in  WE8ISO8859P1 .

Could you please provide the detailed  steps in changing the character set and what will be the data impact and how can we achive this with very minimal lose of data  .  We want to do export from 10g and import into 12c. Any views
