Is Oracle EBS PCI Compliance Regarding Internal Corporation Credit Card

We are not using Oracle EBS (12.1.3) to receive payment from customer, but we do use iExpense for internal credit card transaction processing. Is Oracle EBS PCI compliance in the area of corporation credit card?
